Jonathan Crawford

Jonathan Crawford is Vice President of Construction Loan Administration. Jonathan is responsible for the day to day management of Lincoln Capital’s outstanding loans. Jonathan works with borrowers, lenders, general contractors and third party construction monitoring groups to ensure the timely completion of projects, the proper disbursement of funds and ultimately the repayment of loans. Jonathan joined LCM in 2017. Prior to joining LCM Jonathan was a Senior Associate at EDGE Realty Partners in Dallas, TX for two years. Jonathan’s other career stops include seven years with Crawford Services, a DFW based mechanical contractor, where Jonathan acted as VP of Commercial Construction and two years with Staubach Retail Services in Addison, TX as a Brokerage Associate.

Jonathan is married to Sarah and they have four daughters. Jonathan is a native Texan and graduate of Southlake Carroll High School. Jonathan received a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Jonathan is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and LEED AP certified. In his free time Jonathan is active in his church community, enjoys playing golf, reading history and supporting the local DFW sports teams.
