Patrick Rabalais

Patrick Rabalais works as Vice President in the Loan Administration department at Lincoln Capital Management. Patrick’s focus is on the day to day performance of the outstanding loan portfolio engaging directly with the borrower, the general contractor and all third parties involved in the success of the project. In addition to this, Patrick provides insight to the underwriting team regarding the construction risks of loans currently in consideration.

Patrick joined the Lincoln Capital team in March of 2020 and comes from a background in construction and real estate. Prior to joining LCM Patrick worked as a Construction Administrator at J.P. Morgan Chase, as a Project Manager at Sustainable Modular Management and as a Project Manager at Meritage Homes. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is actively pursuing an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Real Estate and Marketing.
